Castle Mansions

The owners had everything well organized, and the apartment was clean, spacious, and nicely laid out. The modern kitchen and bathroom had all the facilities we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the fly screen meant we could leave the balcony door open on hot nights. There was a welcome bowl of fruit and other treats, and the cheerful cleaning staff did a very nice job. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed having breakfast and evening aperitifs on the balcony, with a sea view from our room. The hosts and cleaning ladies were very helpful and had great suggestions for things to see and do in Naxos. The room was spotless when we arrived, a good size, and equipped with everything we needed for a week, including all the essentials. We had excellent service and hospitality at Castle Mansions and would highly recommend it.

We loved this place. Our one-bedroom deluxe had an ocean view that was even better than the listing suggested. We spent hours watching the boats from the balcony. The room felt spacious, with a very high ceiling, and the kitchen was well stocked. We used the stove, coffee maker, toaster, and hot water pot, and the in-unit laundry and large drying rack were great too. Communication was good, and everything was extremely clean. It’s close to everything but still pretty tranquil. There’s an uphill walk to the complex and steps to the unit, which we managed fine, though walking impairments could make that difficult.

The hotel sign was hard to spot when we arrived, but someone from the hotel was likely to be waiting in the street to walk us right to our room. We were also able to leave our bags at their office after checkout and keep exploring until our ferry. We loved the apartment-style hotel in the middle of the old town. It was about a 10-minute walk to the port, bus station, and central sights, which made it a great base for each day. The staff had thoughtfully stocked coffee, juice, fruit, and snacks. We had the sunset view to ourselves each night, and it felt like living as locals. We’ll absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Naxos.
