We paid in advance for the apartment, but when we arrived the host refused to let us in and gave no explanation. In mid-August, with very limited availability, we had to find somewhere else to stay. Nothing was available for our entire trip, so we split our stay between two places. It was extremely stressful and last-minute bookings cost us significantly more. This wasn't a simple mistake. The host deliberately canceled without notice or justification. It's unacceptable and unprofessional to arrive on an island expecting to check in and instead be left without accommodation. People should know about this and avoid the property if they want a stress-free holiday and don't want to pay two or three times more than planned.

Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your vacation. We booked through AirBnB more than a month before our visit, and he confirmed the reservation and accepted payment. When we arrived, he refused us entry and actually told us to leave the property. We had to contact the police and take legal action. Locals told us he should be avoided.

This is a scam, avoid him! He nearly ruined our vacation by refusing to give us the apartment when we arrived, even though he'd confirmed it beforehand through the AirBnB website. Feel free to contact me if you'd like more information.

The owner had a really bad attitude, about as bad as it gets.

The owners, Mr. Nikos and Mrs. Stella, made us feel incredibly welcome from the start. They're wonderful people, always ready to help and make our stay memorable 🥰🥰🥰. Our experience at the "Isidoros" apartments in Naxos was simply lovely. The apartment was spotless and in excellent shape, with every area carefully looked after and equipped with what you need. The air conditioning in the rooms was a lifesaver on hot days, and having a washing machine was a really pleasant surprise that made the stay more comfortable 💯✨️🏠. The price was reasonable for the season, and the apartments offer great value for money compared with other places charging far too much 💯💯💯💯. It's an ideal location, just five minutes from the center, peaceful but easy to get around from. A big plus was the private shaded parking, something precious on an island with SO MANY tourists!!!! 😱😵💫 Thank you so much to Mr. Nikos and Mrs. Stella for everything. If I choose Naxos for a holiday again, I'll definitely stay at the "Isidoros" apartments without hesitation 💙💙💙💙. We highly recommend them! ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
