Our room was lovely, with a separate living room and a huge private rooftop patio on the top floor. The location worked perfectly for us, close to the beach, port, and plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and had enough variety, and the breakfast lady was a delight. The owners are lovely too. I’d absolutely return and recommend the hotel to my clients, friends, and family.

Room 302 was beautiful and came with a huge private rooftop patio overlooking the Portal. We could walk to everything, including the pier in about ten minutes. When we arrived, the friendly staff welcomed us with a drink and a treat. Breakfast was ready at 8 every morning, with lots to choose from. A perfect base for planning your visit.

We had a great room at Kymata Hotel, with a big comfortable bed and a balcony where we could enjoy the sunset and lovely beach views. Breakfast was delicious, and you could tell it was made with care. Everyone was warm, smiling, and ready to help. The woman at reception, whose name I think was Poppy, offered to call restaurants for reservations and shared lots of helpful suggestions for places to visit. Thanks to everyone, I’d gladly stay again.

The rooms and bathrooms are a bit small, though it didn’t bother us since we were out most of the time. The hotel is right off St. George Beach, and it’s about a ten-minute walk to the main restaurants in Chora. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and felt like part of the family with this lovely couple running the place. Don’t miss breakfast, it was amazing. I’d recommend the top-floor suite for its sunset views. We wanted to come back as soon as we left. Thank you Anna, Dimitri, Poppy, and Sofia for such a memorable stay.

The kindness at Kymata Hotel made it the highlight of our 16 days in Greece. One morning I was unwell, and Miss Anna, the owner, had the cook make a pot of soup just for me. She, her husband, and all the staff made us feel at home and looked after us from arrival to departure. The hotel was spotless and beautiful, with a great location: a minute’s walk to the beach and just a few minutes to wonderful shops and restaurants. We also loved the varied, delicious breakfast each morning. We highly recommend Kymata Hotel to anyone visiting Naxos who wants to experience genuine Greek hospitality.
