Nissaki Beach Hotel

We’ve stayed here six times now and have enjoyed every visit. The room was spotless, thanks Maja, the bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of pressure. The staff are all friendly and give great service with a smile. Nikoletta deserves a special mention for serving breakfast with such personal attention and teaching me some new Greek words and phrases. Matina at the front desk is always smiling too. The a la carte breakfast has lots of choices, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Breakfast by the water and the restaurant’s seafood dishes were among the highlights. Our room looked over the pool, was spacious and clean, and had a lovely patio. There were complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas along the beach, as well as plenty of loungers around the pool. Marina, Amalia, and Falia at reception welcomed us warmly and were happy to help with questions and local suggestions. The hotel is beautifully kept, and its location makes it easy to walk to the tavernas, shops, and bars in Naxos Town, as well as the Portara and Naxos Castle, while still feeling peaceful. We’d happily stay here again.

The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and we loved the bar cocktails too. There’s also an ATM and a small shop directly across the road, which was handy. The architecture is charming, the rooms comfortable, the service lovely, and the pool stayed uncrowded at a pleasant temperature. It’s hard to be closer to town while still staying right on the beach. Restaurants, shops, and the port are just a short walk away, and most people could walk from the ferry if they weren’t carrying much luggage. It had everything we wanted from a Greek island stay, and I hope to come back for longer.

We loved the beachfront setting and how close it was to everything in Naxos town. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast each day had plenty of choices and was beautifully presented. We stayed in honeymoon suite 113. The room took a while to cool and never got down to the set temperature of 21 degrees Celsius. There wasn’t much drawer space for clothes, either. The jet tub’s jets were damaged and only worked on a low setting, though that wasn’t the end of the world.
