Panorama

Our room was small but perfectly adequate, and it was kept spotless. They changed the linens every other day and cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We loved the amazing view over the port and Temple of Apollo, especially from the rooftop, which has an even wider panorama. The hotel is high up in the old town, so expect quite a few steps to get there. We loved our week here.

Tina was so kind and helpful. We showed up late in the evening without a booking, and she helped us with a huge smile. She even speaks French! The room was clean and nice, and the terrace view was breathtaking, especially at sunset. Such a great location and a lovely stay.

Tina does a fantastic, enthusiastic job at reception and prepares a traditional Greek breakfast downstairs for €12 per person. Our junior suite was in perfect shape, cleaned daily, and comfortable for sleeping. There's a shared veranda with outdoor seating, and the roof terrace is great for views and sunsets toward the Portara. The hotel has just 13 rooms and a charming feel, with one of the best views of the old town and Portara. Wi-Fi was occasionally a bit weak, though moving a little made it easy to pick up. The hotel is at the base of the castle, and the climb up from the port is tough. They can arrange a paid motorbike to take luggage up. Good tavernas in the old market are just a two or three minute walk downhill. We highly recommend it. Thanks, Tina 🇳🇴🇬🇷

Irene was already patient, reliable, and helpful when I called with a question before our trip to Greece, and she made me feel I'd chosen the right hotel in Naxos. When we arrived, she and Tina greeted us with fresh cold lemonade and big smiles. We felt welcome straight away. Irene shared lots of useful information about attractions, places to visit, and Naxos specialty foods to try. She had wonderful suggestions for us, and Tina was always there to help with anything else we needed. One evening we were heading out to watch sunset at the temple of Apollo, and Tina suggested the hotel's rooftop terrace instead, bringing us glasses of Kitron. It was a lovely idea. We'd been up there the night before and seen the wonderful, unobstructed sea view. Thank you, Irene and Tina, for a wonderful stay at Panorama Hotel!
