Polis of Naxos Stylish Suites

The staff were amazing and helped us with everything. They really went out of their way to make our stay fantastic.

We booked this hotel through an agency several months ahead and had already paid for two nights. When we arrived, the hotel was closed, with boxes all over the glass-enclosed dining room, and nobody had warned us. They sent us to Polis Boutique a few minutes' walk away, saying we'd be upgraded. The standard there was much lower, and the room was smaller than the one we'd booked. Its location and awful view of a dirty parking lot didn't make up for that, especially since we'd paid for a higher-end hotel in a much better location. There was no apology or explanation from the owner or receptionist. They were downright unpleasant. The owner stayed seated, spoke behind us in Greek, and never introduced himself or explained why the hotel was shut. They absolutely refused to refund our money. Shame on them! A real bunch of thieves. Appalling. Avoid at all costs!

A central location, delicious breakfast with plenty of variety, and lovely staff who were attentive and helpful. The value for money was exceptional.

The breakfast they serve is delicious, and the staff are lovely. Our rooms were very spacious and clean, just as they looked in the photos.
