Rea Sun Hotel Studios Apartments

Fanis is a charming, personable host, and I've already told friends about this place. Everything we needed was here, with daily cleaning and lovely staff. There's a spring water tap just up the same street for filling bottles. The location is handy for supermarkets, shops, bakeries, a small square, and an ATM, with the beach three minutes away and the port a 15 minute walk. Good bathroom, kitchenette, and WiFi.

STAY AWAY! The owner tried to change the price at checkout, and we found the service terrible and the amenities lacking. We sent a lot of elderly people here, and they were all astonished by the experience. We were told not to trim on the A/C, or to “turn it off when you leave,” that sort of nonsense. The owner was a complete goofball. When the world opens up, don't go to this establishment, they'll ruin your fun. Ask trusted people, or someone who knows someone in Naxos, where to stay. STAY AWAY!

The service was the one difficult part, as checking in and out was hard. Otherwise, I had a great stay in a really lovely villa that was very good value. The location was perfect, right next to the beach.

Stay away. The owner treated me terribly after I asked for shampoo and help with the AC. He came into my room and shouted at me in front of my son, who got very scared. The rooms aren't well stocked, there's no reception, and the owner is extremely rude. The place is dirty and run down, too. For the same price, you can find somewhere much better with more amenities.
