Eleonas Apartments

We stayed in Apartment 202 on a work trip. It's in a great spot, very close to the beach, and the rooms are quite nice. The bed was the one big problem: it creaked loudly with even the smallest movement, so we couldn't sleep. By morning we had to move to the sofa to get any rest. I've never had a bed this bad. I'd stay in the apartments again, even for longer, but only if they fix it. That's why I'm leaving four stars.

At around 85 euros a night, I wouldn't recommend the ground-floor apartment, despite some positives. The master bed was okay and the kitchen reasonably equipped, but the sofa bed was awful to sleep on. The bathroom was clean, though small and with some rusty fixtures. The apartment's lights were all dim, as if they were trying to save power, and food left out attracted little yellow ants, so keep it in the fridge. The three-bed apartment's narrow terrace looked onto the playground and barbecue, with no privacy and little airflow. It stayed hot into the evening, especially when someone lit the barbecue, and the old terrace chairs were uncomfortable. We didn't expect to be on the ground floor. Maybe we were placed there because we brought our small dog, but they should have told us beforehand. That would've affected our decision. The beach is about 182 m away, but half the route has quite steep stairs. The nearest supermarket is 500 m away, so expect to walk or drive for groceries.

We'd happily stay longer if we could. My partner and I have been at the Eleanos apartments for two months and love it here. The beach is very close, and town is an easy walk. There's plenty of storage, and the apartments have everything you need to cook. We have a lovely, spacious balcony overlooking nature. My parents will definitely book here for their holiday next year. Highly recommend.

We spent a week in a beautiful, large apartment that had everything we needed, and really enjoyed our holiday at Eleonas Apartments. It was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, including the bathroom, and the towels and sheets were clean and white. Five stars from us. It's a wonderful place, and we'll definitely come back.
