The food was excellent and always hot, the staff were amazing, and my room was clean and modern. But for such an expensive hotel, there was very little to do and no real wow factor. I’ve stayed in much better places for less. I went in October and was bored out of my skull. There’s not much around apart from the beach, and no nice walks. The hotel entertainment was very poor: bingo one evening, a music quiz another, and a sax player on a third. I’m used to hotels putting on a show, and there was no entertainment during the games. The transfer bus can’t drive into the hotel driveway, which is ridiculous for a brand new hotel. It leaves you by the roadside with your suitcase to haul inside. A lot of elderly guests struggled, so keep that in mind. One block’s balconies and swim-up pool are in the shade for nearly the whole day. There was damage on my balcony that I should have reported, but I didn’t. The local tax is common in resorts I’ve visited, but I haven’t seen one this expensive: €15 per room per night, which comes to €105 a week or €210 for a fortnight, payable at check-in. That adds quite a bit to an already expensive holiday. It also annoys me that adults-only hotels cost more than family hotels. They don’t provide flumes, a kids’ club, or kids’ food, so why are we charged extra?

The staff were really friendly, and the service was extra good. We had the best Detox Massage ever, so I’d recommend trying the massage therapy. We stayed for five days in September and enjoyed a very quiet holiday. It’s a brand new hotel, with a comfortable luxury room, delicious food and cocktails, and very comfortable extra sunbeds.

The spa was fantastic, and the staff were excellent. The hotel was spotless too. I enjoyed the fresh salad every day and the yummy desserts, but the hot food was always lukewarm. If they fix that, I’d give it five stars.

The spa was beautiful, and I had a full massage that left me feeling so relaxed. The gym had everything I needed for a workout, and I used it every day. This is a lovely place for a quiet, relaxing break, and I’ll definitely recommend it to family and friends. From the moment I walked in, the hotel looked five-star. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and someone showed me to my room after greeting me with a glass of fizz. The room was modern and had everything I needed. The minibar was restocked daily, and the towels were delightfully soft and fluffy.

The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in the last week of May, about a month after the hotel opened. Everything looked new, stylish, and neatly decorated. The cocktails didn’t have much flavor, which was disappointing. Most of the food was tasty, but there wasn’t much variety if you mainly eat chicken, and it got repetitive after a few days. Some of the meats were bland too. The complex is very small, with limited entertainment on site. As people in our twenties, we found it calm and quiet, with mostly older guests. We missed having more buzz and energy for younger people. It felt geared toward relaxing rather than socializing or lively activities, and as young adults we found the stay more boring than expected. If you want a peaceful stay in clean, modern surroundings, it’s a good choice. For lively entertainment, more food options, or a youthful atmosphere, it may not suit you as well.
