Design Suites Efharis (Brusco)

Design Suites Efharis in Kavala was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were beautifully designed and very clean, and the hospitality was exceptional. I'd recommend it without hesitation!

The ground-floor suites were cool, nicely decorated and had a large patio. The kitchen had all the appliances and dishes we needed to make our own meals. It's an easy walk to the center of Nea Peramos and the beach, while Ammolofoi's amazing sandy beach is about 3-4 minutes away by car. A very good, comfortable, clean place, well equipped for a family stay.

We'd visit again and recommend the place. The location worked perfectly for us, about a 5-10 minute walk from the town center and a 5-minute drive to Ammolofoi beach. The apartment was modern, clean and very spacious, and having two bathrooms for four people was especially handy. Water did flood one bathroom a bit because there was no shower door. The front door was also quite hard to lock, but the host responded quickly and offered to change the lock right away.

We stayed in Syrah, a ground-floor apartment that felt more like a basement because so little light came in. The bedroom was extremely small, basically opening straight onto the bed. There was also no floor mopping during our three nights. We had to wait for the baby cot because it had been forgotten. When we asked for shower gel, they seemed surprised, and there was only some cheap liquid soap placed two meters from the shower. It was EXTREMELY NOISY. For three nights we couldn't sleep because we heard people from the village flushing, burping, showering, laughing and shouting. When we asked the owner for help, she said she couldn't do anything because the apartment next door didn't belong to her, even though it was wall to wall. The price was not worth it at all. We had a small child, but the host didn't care about our comfort and just wanted the money. We'd never come back.
