While I was parking the car, the hotel managers made my wife and our 9-month-old baby leave the lobby and wait in the blazing sun, just because they were sitting inside. There was no empathy or common sense in how they handled it, and it felt cold and unprofessional. What kind of hotel treats a mother and infant that way? Shame on the managers. If you’re a parent traveling with a baby, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

There are plenty of good restaurants and things to do nearby. The staff are professional and always around if you need them. A bakery is right next door, and the beach and main street are close too. The street is closed to cars in the evenings.

I was waiting outside with my baby in her stroller while my partner parked, and I wanted to get a juice. A man I took to be the hotel manager started shouting that the place wasn't for waiting and asking what I was doing. When I told him that tone wasn't OK, he told me to leave and followed me very closely, nearly touching me. He was rude and aggressive, and treated me like a stray dog in his yard in the countryside. My baby was asleep, and we had to wait in the sun. It was awful. I would never book a room there.

The rooms are tiny. For a week's stay, we got five clothes hangers, two towels, and one bedsheet for a room meant for two. The mini-fridge had been left open and switched off, and smelled really bad. At 110€ a night, the air conditioning wasn't even adequate with temperatures above 35 degrees outside. The keys were left unattended in front of reception, where anyone could take them and steal your things. The service was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Honestly, I'm surprised by the five-star reviews. Never again.

The hosts are kind and helpful, and the service was perfect. Our room was neat and clean, with everything we needed, though it wasn't very big and the terrace was a bit small. Depending on the price, you can get a sea or mountain view. The hotel is right by the beach on Nea Peramos's main street, in the town centre. There's a cafe and restaurant with outdoor tables where you can sit and relax, and the prices are decent. A few parking spaces in front fill quickly, but hotel guests can ask reception to put out a cone to hold one. Definitely recommend.
