We really enjoyed being here. The apartment had everything we needed and felt clean and cozy. The host was kind and helped whenever we had a question. You can step straight onto the beach from the apartment, which was especially handy with small children. A few good taverns are just nearby, along with shops for picking up essentials. We liked having the front veranda for coffee in the morning or relaxing with the sea view later on. Parking was easy too, right in front in the beach parking area. One detail to keep in mind: the two rooms aren't completely separate. There are curtain-covered, window-like openings above the doors. It didn't cause us a problem, but could matter if you need full privacy between rooms. It's a peaceful spot for a beach holiday.

The house was spotless, and the host was kind, polite, and quick to respond. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back.

The beach right outside was a highlight. The water was clear, calm, and warm during our stay, getting to around 1.5 meters deep. That worked well for our kids with their floaties. The sand is coarse, but comfortable for relaxing, and this stretch had no rocks on the sand or in the water. Nearby restaurants have beach umbrellas and loungers, which we didn't use, though we did eat there for lunch and dinner. We were warmly welcomed, and the clean apartment matched its photos. The host was available whenever we needed something. The showerheads should be replaced, though. Water sprayed around the bathroom and caused it to flood. I mentioned this to the host and hope it gets fixed. We came away very pleased with both the accommodation and the area, and highly recommend it.

That wide veranda is a lovely place for everyone to gather in the warm or cool evenings, with the sea right in front. The apartment is roomy and cozy for families or bigger groups, and comes with everything needed for a stay. Parking is free just outside, and the hosts are welcoming. If you're planning a holiday in Nea Peramos, Retro Beach House is a top choice right on the waterfront.

We had the perfect holiday and would love to come back! The house is fully equipped and works well for a large family or two families, especially with children. You can head straight to the beach, and taverns, minimarkets, and the promenade are nearby. The host was attentive and very welcoming. Amazing, amazing, amazing! ❤️🤗
