Pavlos went the extra mile to take care of our son, which helped us relax, and Taxiarxoula looked after us so thoughtfully in the dining area. She made every meal feel easy and welcoming. The resort works really well for families, and the Ultra All-Inclusive package was excellent. Our room was modern and clean, and the beach was just right for young children. We had a fantastic stay at Potidea Palace and can’t wait to return.

The service felt warm and steady throughout our three-night stay in a Junior Suite. Reception staff, cleaners, and restaurant servers were all friendly, smiling, and keen to help. The resort has daily activities for adults and children, and the children’s facilities are very good. It was a relaxing four days, and I’d recommend it to families wanting a comfortable holiday. We ate at two restaurants and enjoyed both. The main restaurant changed its menu daily and had plenty of variety, including a well planned kids’ menu with lots of options. The seafood at Acropolis Restaurant was especially delicious and high quality. The resort has been renovated recently, so everything felt fresh and clean. Staff were often tidying the streets and shared areas, and the place stayed spotless. There are plenty of ramps and elevators, which made getting around with a stroller easy.

The staff upgraded us to a Family deluxe suite, which we really appreciated. The place was very clean, and the food was high quality. Vicky and Sia helped with our vegan and gluten free dietary needs, and my child became obsessed with the Kids club staff. We’d love to return. If I had to suggest anything, it’d be more vegan choices on display at the buffet, perhaps tofu or other plant based meats, and thicker curtains to keep out the morning sun.

Kristina at the bar always adds warmth and a smile to my stay. Everyone is wonderful, from the manager and reception team to the bar staff and beach crew. They’re kind, professional, and always cheerful. The beach is well maintained, the service is great throughout, and the rooms are comfortable and modern. Cleanliness is impeccable, the food is varied and fresh, and the atmosphere feels relaxing and luxurious. I keep coming back happily because each stay exceeds what I expect.
