Apartment B1 on the ground floor is extremely old, and its condition is obvious everywhere. There's a persistent unpleasant smell that doesn't go away even after airing it out. The furniture and appliances are broken or barely usable, including cabinets coming off their hinges and equipment that either doesn't work or feels unsafe. This rental is far below what I'd expect, and in its current state it shouldn't be on the market. I'd strongly advise finding somewhere else.

For the price, it's a very good place. Please add a key in the bathroom and provide anti-mosquito devices.

The only reason I gave it two stars is that it's close to the beach. At Sunday Mood the place was dirty and poorly maintained. The sheets weren't changed for 10 days, and mice were walking around the apartment. I only need a bed and a roof, but I need a little dignity too, and I didn't find that here. Never again.
