The hotel has two great pools, and we enjoyed the breakfast as an easy start to the day, especially with children. You can also get snacks and drinks at the bar. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and there are boat trips from the harbour. The bus stop at the end of the road is about a 10 minute stroll, making it easy to visit other places. We stayed in the older side of the hotel. The rooms there are a little tired in places, but we liked them: they’re large and clean, with a little kitchen unit and a fridge. The staff work incredibly hard, and the rooms were tidy. We had a fantastic family holiday in August, our first time in Lefkas, and we’d definitely return. Thanks for a fab holiday. ❤️

The pools were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. Our room was in the old part, just above reception, with a large balcony facing the street and supermarket. It was clean and luxurious, and the hotel had a relaxed vibe. Parking is at the back, away from the street, and restaurants and the harbour with its tourist boat departures are an easy walk away. Don’t expect nice sandy beaches nearby or anywhere on the island. I’d recommend renting a car to explore. Easy five stars.

We had a wonderful holiday at Hotel Captain Stavros and would happily stay again. Breakfast had lots of choice, with a stunning view, and we never struggled to find a seat in the cosy breakfast room. Our family room was in the original block. It was spacious and comfortable, and was cleaned daily. The little kitchen was basic and not very well equipped, though we managed fine. The pool area is small, so sometimes it was hard to get a sunbed, but that wasn’t a big deal since we also liked spending time by the seafront. The hotel is well looked after, with friendly, welcoming staff. Its location in Nidri is perfect, close to everything and with lovely views.

Captain Stavros and his sailors take care of everything to help guests have a great stay. The hotel was very good, exceeded our expectations by far, and we’ll stay again on a future trip.

We had two gorgeous weeks here. The location is perfect, quiet, and has a car park. It’s an easy walk into Nidry, with plenty of markets nearby and a nice ice cream parlour just outside. The room was lovely, breakfast had nice options, and the staff and cleaner were kind. Everything, including the pool, was very clean.
