Anastasia Village

We booked six nights and had only one request: a room away from the pool, because we were concerned about noise and privacy outside the room. After a misunderstanding, we were moved to a room away from the pool on the first day. But on the afternoon of day two, a man knocked very rudely and demanded that we pack our things and move to a room facing the pool, without giving any explanation. Both rooms were dirty. They weren't cleaned during our six-day stay, there was no toilet paper, and ants and other insects were all over the room. No one helped move our things, so we had to use our car to carry them between buildings. I'm not sure our room had even been cleaned after the previous guests left, which was especially disappointing during COVID-19 times. This was absolutely unprofessional behavior. Don't waste your money here; you can find better places to stay and avoid having your holiday ruined.

The sunrise from the east-facing view was beautiful, and the pool was lovely in the afternoon with the light shining in front of you. We had a perfect, peaceful holiday at Anastasia Village. I'd suggest the owner take care of the village and accommodation so they can live up to the full potential of this place. Everyone, head to Anastasia Village!

The view was fantastic, and the owners were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature, with nice loungers. There's a paved road up, so you can drive there without any trouble and don't need to take the dirt road.

After seven days here, my verdict is: go far, far away from this place! There's dirt, mold, bird droppings in the pool, snakes, and bugs, including big cockroaches. The Wi-Fi only worked for the last two days, after I complained a lot. Nobody cleaned my room during the week. I wouldn't stay or come back even for free. It's such a shame because the location is beautiful. The room had mold and was extremely dirty. I can't recommend this place, especially since it's in the middle of the forest and full of cockroaches. I even woke up to find a snake at the door.
