The place was neat and clean, and it's right beside the sea. You can literally get out of bed and jump into the water. There's a small private backyard next to the beach.

The balcony was nice and the rooms were clean. Mr. Giannis welcomed us warmly. We were on the first floor with two children, and Mr. Giannis wouldn't let us take the table down so the kids could play on his lawn. If you're coming with children, sort that out beforehand so you can use the lawn. Apart from that, everything was fantastic, and I'd definitely come again. It's right in the middle of Nikiana, making it easy for anyone to go wherever they want. Mr. Giannis, thank you so much for having us. Take care, and we'll visit next year. I forgot to mention, I picked you a lime from the tree out front 😁 Have a nice winter.
