The rooms are outdated and badly need renovation. The owner was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which made the atmosphere negative right away. Guests are warned not to stain the towels or they'll be charged extra, which seems unreasonable for a hotel. Air conditioning also costs extra, making the stay even less pleasant. I wouldn't choose this place again.

The owners and staff were very kind, friendly and quick to help, and for cleanliness and quiet it's good value for money. If all you need is somewhere to sleep, this is a decent choice. The room had a little kitchenette and small fridge, and the shower and toilet were always clean and practical. The air conditioner wasn't very strong, but cooled things down after a few minutes. The curtains darkened the room well, and the balcony table and two chairs came in handy for a quick bite. The beds were narrow and short, and the exit door didn't block sound, so even small corridor noises came through. Still, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and clean.

The people, the location and the facilities make for a real holiday at olymbic Beach!!!! This small family-run hotel feels like home. Every time I come back, I feel great and relaxed, and completely sure I've made the right choice. Congratulations to the owners for all their hard work and for always trying to give the best service!

The place was very noisy inside, and it wasn't soundproof as described. In the eight days we stayed, the bed linen was changed only once. There was no hot water at the kitchen sink, and the shower area was very small, with a curtain instead of a cabin. The supposed double bed was much smaller than a double. The cutlery, glasses and pots were very dirty, and the bathroom light was extremely dim.
