Galaxy Art Hotel

We stopped here on our way home and found it suited us well. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The central AC worked, though it was a little noisy. Breakfast was simple but tasty and worth the price, and we could park for free beside the hotel. It’s in a lovely Thessaloniki suburb.

There’s a great playground right across the street, and the hotel is close to Thessaloniki. You can walk to some shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good too.

The accommodation felt luxurious and the prices were reasonable. It’s only 10 minutes from Thessaloniki's city center. I’d recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Thessaloniki Greece.

The balcony door could stay open at night, which made for good rest, and in early June the air smelled lovely of linden and pine resin. We were on the garden side, where the view was fine, if nothing special. There were no mosquitoes, a real plus. Our room was clean enough, though the furniture was a bit old and could use a refurbishing. Free Wi-Fi had some coverage problems. Breakfast was decent, with the usual coffee, juices, milk, yogurt, marmalade, butter, eggs, bacon, salami, and so on. Nothing fancy, but it was a pleasant one-night stop. We parked on the adjacent streets. Across the road are a sports hall, park, and swimming pool, and there were lots of kids around who suddenly went quiet at about 10 pm. The hotel has an elevator for its three floors, so people with disabilities should have no problem. Reception is open 24/7, and we checked in late, at 2100.
