Deliades

The room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff were friendly and supportive. The location is great, near Ornos beach, restaurants and the bus to Chora. Breakfast was decent, though the choices were limited. For what we paid, we expected better service. Bathrobes were only provided on the first day despite our requests, and we had to ask several times for towels. Cleaning felt superficial, especially in the shower, and body wash was still empty after we’d told them it needed refilling. They also forgot our early breakfast request for departure, even though we confirmed it at reception the day before. Other hotels nearby may offer better value.

My heart is full, and I’m so grateful to all the staff for such a lovely experience. They were super sweet and professional. The hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious enough, and both breakfast and the pool were perfect. A couple of things could be better: the bed, and the dinner menu. Some dishes weren’t as nice as I’d expected. If you have half board, I’d suggest the dish of the day and Greek salad, since the other plates lack flavour. Also, keep in mind there’s a mandatory Greek government environmental charge of €10 per night that isn’t included in the booking.

The hotel has stunning views, and the rooms were extremely clean. Best of all was the kind, helpful staff, who went out of their way to help me during a crisis. The hospitality is next level. Thank you so much, George, for making my stay memorable ❤️

Our fifth-floor room had the most amazing views of Ornos. The staff were exceptional and breakfast was amazing. Like heaven, and I highly recommend Deliades!
