Ananea Mykonos - Adults Only

I travel a lot, but this was the worst hotel experience I've had. The staff were openly rude and disrespectful, and I felt they treated guests and employees badly. I also found the atmosphere oppressive and unpleasant. Instead of a relaxing holiday, we spent a week stressed and humiliated. The hotel felt like a scam, with lies, mistreatment, and false advertising at every turn. The real accommodation was nothing like the online photos of glamorous “luxury suites.” We got small, basic houses far from everything, with steep and unsafe stairs. My daughter fell on them, got injured, and had to be rushed to hospital. The hotel didn't apologize, help us, or even acknowledge the incident. The restaurant and common areas were just as bad. The food was disgusting, poorly cooked, and inedible. We saw mice in the restaurant, which was a serious hygiene problem. Even the drinks were cheap and low quality. None of the dining was acceptable for a place claiming to be a high-standard hotel. I believe the hotel is filling the internet with fake positive reviews to bury real ones. Every guest we talked with onsite agreed it was a complete scam and a disgrace. There was no care, responsibility, or service. This hotel is dangerous and dishonest and should be reported. Mykonos is beautiful, but this place ruined the experience for us. Stay away for your safety, health, and holiday. Don't make our mistake.
