The pool was easily the best part. The hotel was clean, though dated, and the room could use some updates, at least a fresh coat of paint. The beds weren’t very comfortable. It’s in a decent spot near shops and a bakery, with a short bus ride into the main town.

Avoid this place. We had a terrible experience with the service in 2018. It’s advertised as a 3 star hotel, but I found out when I asked for a receipt for our one-night stay that it was rated 1 1/2 stars. The blond woman at the counter was rude to me. The place was dirty. The bathroom mirror was so old it had spots all over, and the counter was cracked. Another couple also had a very bad experience, and their room was long overdue for renovation too. Breakfast was awful, even the honey wasn’t fresh.

The staff were pleasant and polite, and the lovely pool was the saving grace. The location is just average, though at least a bus to the main center is nearby. The rooms are adequate, but the shower was poor, with curtains that cling to you, and the beds are hard. Neither the worst stay nor the best.

We had a room opening onto the pool, which was lovely and gave us a pleasant view. There’s street parking if you have a car, so plan accordingly. Cafes, the bakery, and Ornos beach are walkable, though it’s a bit of a hike, probably not suitable if you’re sick or elderly. Better to take the bus. The staff were friendly, but the place is outdated and the rooms need updating. The beds were far too hard, even for someone like me who likes a firm mattress, and our room smelled a little musty. It feels like three stars at best, and may not even get that unless things are updated. I wouldn’t stay again, partly because I prefer places right on the beach. I hope they make changes for future guests.
