The bedroom and internet were fantastic, and the location is hard to beat. There’s a supermarket right across the street, plus the beach and more than ten restaurants within 50m. The bathroom was the letdown. With the hand shower placed so strangely, it was absolutely impossible to get a good shower. It’s a shame they haven’t paid more attention to that room, because the property has the potential to be a 5/5 if they fix those issues. For me, the bathroom brings it to a 3/5 for now.

The hotel is really beautiful, which makes this such a pity. We called to ask about a reservation and the woman at reception was awfully rude. After that, I didn’t even want to set foot in the hotel. I hope they have a different receptionist next year.

They let us check in early and gave us all the information we needed. The people were really pleasant, and it’s a very good spot, close to the beach, market, the best bakery ever and the city. The place is bigger than it looks in the pictures.

The room was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was right in the center.
