The hospitality was great, and the location and cleanliness were all at a high level. The price felt a little expensive for early May, though I guess the quality of service reflects that. One thing that could be improved is the noise. Groups sometimes leave for Athos at 3:30 pm, or someone arrives a bit late in the evening, and the door locking system is kind of weird and loud. You have to press a button from inside and then pull the door, and it makes a terrible noise. Other than that, thank you for the great hospitality.

The quiet balcony tucked behind the bushes was one of my favourite parts. The place was super clean, and the ladies we met were great hosts. The location was perfect, very close to the city centre but still peaceful and quiet. Parking on the street can be difficult, but there’s paid parking nearby if you can’t find a spot. Loved our stay.

Everything else was perfect, and the staff were very nice and friendly. It’s pet-friendly too. The location is great if you don’t have a car, though parking can be a bit of a problem. The church is an issue as well: the bell rings every weekend at 8:00.

A week before our stay, they called to cancel the booking. I’m furious. We’d been looking forward to this holiday for so long, and the owner’s greed ruined it. Don’t be taken in by booking with them! And the claims you’ve made are false. We booked over the phone, which you said was enough, but I insisted on getting confirmation by email. Our messages clearly say that we wanted to pay in advance and confirm the booking, and include questions you never answered. I can prove all of this from our correspondence, and you know it. Your conduct was completely unprofessional. We regret trusting you.
