The staff were really great and polite, but the rest was a letdown for us. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Parking was a problem. There’s enough space, but it’s open to everyone, and they don’t check whether cars belong to guests or people just coming to the beach. On our first day they told us to park on the street. There’s a beach next to the hotel, though I don’t know if it belongs to them. If it does, charging everyone for a sunbed is unacceptable. Even with a discount, it was still 10€ a day if you planned to use one throughout your stay. The food was the worst ever, in my opinion. It was simple food, and a shame for a 4 star all IN hotel. The two swimming pools also left us confused because we didn’t understand the reception’s instructions. We found one pool, and it was okay, but I expected more from a 4 star all in hotel.

The beach restaurant and bar were a real highlight of our three night couple’s getaway at Blue Princess Hotel & Suites in Liapades, Corfu, Greece. They’re separate from the all inclusive package, but the prices are reasonable and the seafood and mixed fish dishes were outstanding. The chef clearly takes pride in the food. The resort is secluded, which gives it a peaceful feel, but there are no shops or other restaurants nearby and little reason to leave the grounds. The steep hills also make walking out impractical. If you want to stay put and enjoy the scenery, that works well. As a base for exploring, it may not suit you. The setting is breathtaking, where a sandy beach meets turquoise and deep blue water, with green hills and Mediterranean vegetation around it. The staff, from reception to poolside, were consistently warm and helpful. Rooms, restaurant areas and shared spaces stayed clean and well maintained. The beach was lovely and cared for, and you could rent boats or take part in watersports. Sun loungers and umbrellas cost an extra €10 per day. That fee was stated in the offer, but it’s still something to include in your budget. The all inclusive food was the weak point. There was plenty, especially to drink, but the quality was average at best and the choices were limited. The buffet had no food labels, which made it difficult to know what we were eating, especially if you have dietary needs or preferences. We still had an enjoyable stay in early May 2026, but it’s worth knowing about these drawbacks before booking.

It was a quiet, chilled place to stay off season, with great hikes and walks nearby and a wonderful area to explore. I’d suggest having a driving licence. The views and beaches were amazing, the food was great, and the staff lovely. It’s also good for active couples and families. Just be aware that most rooms sit up a large hill and can feel a bit dated.

We had seven lovely nights here in October. The food was really nice, with plenty of options, and we rented a boat from Ninos, which was a pleasant experience. The room and view were spectacular. Staff helped us above and beyond throughout the stay, and made us feel welcome right from the door. Maria at reception was especially kind and helpful. If we return to Corfu, we’d absolutely stay here again. Five star service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The bay views at Liapades beach are fantastic. We woke up to beautiful scenery and could enjoy the sun or dine alongside it. The food was generally good, with an excellent variety, and the drinks were also a good standard. The layout is a real problem for anyone elderly, infirm or with restricted mobility. There are lots of stairs and very steep slopes, especially around Block B, which has lodge style accommodation. Our lodge also felt dated and tired: the stairs had a botched repair, the frosted bathroom door had no stop, and the gutters were rusted through. We heard about other rooms flooding when it rained. Some staff were cheerful, but others came across as unhappy and surly. Rooms weren’t cleaned or maintained daily. The schedule seemed to be every other day, and even then the cleaning was limited. There were no toilet facilities at the upper bar, so every time you needed one you had to go back up the steep slope to your lodge. Charging hotel guests for beach sunbeds feels a little Draconian for a place that claims to be 4 star.
