We really liked the flat and its setting, especially the view. The experience was partly spoiled after booking, when the price was changed and we had to pay more because of what they called tax changes.

The infinity pool and stunning views were wonderful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant does great home-cooked food. Staff were super friendly, while management was helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to make things easy and enjoyable for guests. Amazing location, highly recommended.

Getting around made our stay very difficult. The host replied to messages about three hours later, and no one was on site when we needed help. The person who welcomed us wasn’t there in the early morning, and was around in the afternoon when we were away. By the time we returned in the evening, she’d left. She didn’t know much and kept telling us to contact the host. It felt like the host didn’t care or make an effort to help us have a good stay. Guest treatment was very poor compared with other places on the island. The location was also far more isolated than the description suggested, with no supermarkets or public transport nearby. The rental service for bikes and cars was described as nearby, but the closest ones were almost an hour away along a tricky route. The village bus was scheduled only twice a day and sometimes didn’t come at all. The nearest beach was closer to an hour away, not 10 minutes as the hotel description said. The host never offered help with transport, unlike the other places where we stayed, which were communicative and quick to reply.

BEWARE!!! Our stay was cancelled for no reason just three days before we were due to arrive. We were travelling with our 3-month-old baby. They first said the room was too small for four people and a baby, even though it was supposed to fit four, then said there wasn’t enough room for luggage, despite me explaining that we had only one trolley. We had to change our plans. We believe things happen for the best, but instead of four nights in Corfu, we’ll now be there for only two. If you want to be sure you have somewhere to stay in Corfu, don’t book here.
