From the balcony we could see the whole bay, and the village was calm and quiet. The house was well equipped and kept, with a fully stocked kitchen, a comfy sofa and bed, and super clean sheets.

The apartment wasn’t very new, but it was totally clean and had everything we needed. We spent a week in this very nice village, with locals out in the evenings and lots of cafes for breakfast. One thing I hadn’t considered before booking was the sea view terrace: when we visited in October, it was nice before 10 am and at sunset. We usually weren’t back for sunset because the place is high above the sea and other villages, and we wanted to eat at different restaurants. There was only one good restaurant in the village.

It was quite comfortable in our apartment at the beginning of autumn, and the calm, party free surroundings made it a nice place to relax. We think the location is one of the best in Corfu and would really recommend it. Unfortunately, we sometimes had no warm water in the evenings because of the solar rooftop heating, and the wifi in our apartment was poor or missing altogether.

The apartment was right above a little pebble beach, and the view from inside was fantastic. It was very basic, but that’s exactly what we wanted. Gorgeous!
