Maria and the whole staff were so nice, just as people had described. The breakfast was a real treat too, especially the food made by Maria’s mom. I’m still dreaming about it. We ended up lucky enough to get the last room the night before our weekend trip. It was spacious and modern, with a large balcony, a great view, and unbeatable proximity to the ocean. The town and plenty of restaurants are an easy walk away. If you find it available, book it!

Maria, George, and the breakfast staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The fresh breakfast was the tastiest we’ve had at any hotel, and the location is perfect for the beach and a short walk into town. Sally and I found the bedroom tastefully decorated and comfortable. The bed felt a bit too hard for us, but they were able to provide a mattress topper. We had such a pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

We changed our plans on the last day so we could have one more breakfast at Blue Horizon. There were so many tasty things to choose from, and the rooftop setting was lovely. The orange juice was delicious! Our room was clean and the balcony had a nice view. Everyone was kind, and having shaded umbrellas and comfortable chairs available at the beach was an added bonus. We had a fantastic stay.

We’ve been three times now, and are already looking forward to next year. The family looked after us so well, with daily cleaning throughout the spotlessly clean, modern building and its good-sized rooms. Just metres from a fabulous beach, the location is stunning. A lovely bonus is free access to top-of-the-range beach beds. Breakfast was superior, with freshly baked savoury items, fruit, yogurt, grilled bacon, eggs, and lots more. Maria's mother prepared it, and we ate on the rooftop terrace overlooking the sea and mountains. An amazing experience, well worth my 5 rating.

We spent four nights here and really enjoyed it. The family-run place is right by the beach, and the rooftop breakfast comes with spectacular views. Our room had a nice terrace and was very quiet. Keep up the good work, family, you rock!
