Blue Avenue

The pool was a highlight, with comfy sunbeds and stunning views of the Aegean Sea. We also had a quick go on the padel court, a nice extra. George was friendly and quick to respond to requests, and he makes the best cocktails if you ask 🍹 We spent a week at Blue avenue at the end of September. It can be a little tricky to find, but Google Maps will get you there. You’ll need a car to explore the rest of halkidiki. The villa has a modern design, TVs upstairs and downstairs, a kitchenette, and balconies on both levels. The self-catering setup could be better, as there weren’t many utensils or cooking supplies. We had an amazing week in Paliouri and would definitely come back. Thankyou Seb & Katie ☺️

The owner was so lovely that by the end we felt like friends. Great cocktails, an amazing pool, and a beautiful view. These modern new villas work well for couples or families, and being pet friendly really matters.

The standout for us was the beautiful blue tennis court. The house is spacious, with two large balconies, big windows, everything we needed, and another lovely view. There are tasty food deliveries available, two restaurants about a 5-7 minute walk away, and a shop nearby. The pool is big, the location is perfect, and the surroundings are beautiful and calm. Giorgos was incredibly hospitable and made us feel welcome. The place is cleaned regularly, pets are allowed, and the internet is fast. 100/10!!

You can easily drive to Paliouri beach, and in the evening the village has an authentic Greek feel with good restaurants. The view of the sea is beautiful, and the pool and amenities were very clean. It’s a perfect spot to unwind. A special thank you to Giorgos, our very friendly and reliable guest.
