Kaktus Suites Private Pool

The place may look great, but don’t count on proper rest. Mattresses were so soft they left my back hurting, and the two-week breakfast was exactly the same every day. For a sensitive sleeper, only the downstairs bedroom can be darkened. Upstairs, the blind doesn’t block the light: it comes through the transparent floor made of metal sheets below the blind, then reflects around the whole room. The air conditioning setup is badly thought out too. I understand they want to save electricity and that people tend to run AC with windows open, but connecting the doors and windows in every room to all the AC units means one room can’t have its window open at night while another uses AC. For what you pay, I expected better.

The villas are very clean, lovely, and luxurious. But the pool doesn’t feel very private, since the other villas are so close. Breakfast was a joke: mini Seven Days pastries from the supermarket. For the price per night, they could at least bake some croissants, make something else, or arrange proper breakfast with nearby restaurants instead of serving supermarket food.

The pool setting, with greenery all around, was gorgeous and well kept. I just wished there were more privacy there, especially if there’s a family staying next door. We had a lovely, comfortable time at Kaktus house, which is in a peaceful spot away from everyday bustle. The house felt cozy and charming, with tasteful decor, convenient amenities, a well-equipped kitchen, and spacious living areas for relaxing or spending time together. The pool was a great place to cool off and enjoy the sun. That privacy issue was minor compared with the rest of the stay. Kaktus made for a memorable, restful getaway, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet escape.

Thanks for everything, especially the surprise you arranged for our honeymoon! We loved every day in this beautiful spot and will definitely come back. ❤️
