It’s a quiet place with a spacious room. The room wasn’t very clean, though, and the property looks abandoned.

The best parts were the peaceful, green setting and the owner's hospitality. There are lawns and trees all around, and the owner offered us fruit from his garden and recommended lovely places to see nearby. It felt relaxing, and the location made for a beautiful summer stay. Still, the rooms show wear from frequent use. Our bathroom door wouldn't shut properly, the shower windows had issues, and the fridge shared a space with the freezer, which seemed to affect how it worked. There was hot water, but when nobody else was showering, it took 1.5-2 minutes to reach the tap. The area gets humid at night because of the streams, and there are quite a few mosquitoes. Luckily, there was an indoor device, but you'll need a mosquito net outside. If the air conditioning switches off by itself, check the shutter sensor: it turns off automatically when the shutters are open. These are smaller issues alongside the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and excellent location. It was a very pleasant experience, mainly for the nature and tranquility.

This is a peaceful, isolated place that’s still easy to reach from markets and beaches, so it’s a good choice for families looking to relax. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with a terrace overlooking a huge, lovely garden. There’s a basic kitchen but no oven. The Wi-Fi isn’t good, and neither is the 5G signal.

The garden is beautiful, and the accommodation is very close to Kourouta beach. But the mosquitoes are awful, and there are no screens on the windows. The rooms feel old, and you can feel the mattress springs, so sleep isn’t comfortable. It’s clearly overpriced.
