Adrina Beach Hotel

The view from our lovely room will stay with me, along with the kindness of the people working here. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and smiling, and the service was great at every level. We had an amazing week in the sun and felt very well looked after. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

We were excited about this place after seeing the photos, but our four-day stay was disappointing. The room was clean and well maintained, the view was amazing, and having a private beach was nice. The reception staff were excellent and accommodating. The restaurant by the pool was the main problem. We had a dinner reservation but were seated well away from the main area. One waitress brought the wrong drink, and when another server delivered the appetizer, my husband thought it was the wrong dish because he said “tacos” instead of the salad’s similar-sounding name. The waitress took 40 minutes to come back and clarify, with no apology and a very irritated attitude, as though she was upset with us or the kitchen. Then the main dish took an hour. We cancelled another drink and a dish that never arrived, and left. The hotel service itself was good, so I wonder whether the restaurant has a different management team. Its service was worse than what I’d expect at a two-star place, maybe less. The mattress was also very soft and lacked support, and my husband ended up with back pain from sleeping on it. If we return to Skopelos, I’d avoid staying here because of the restaurant service and uncomfortable bed.

The setting is beautiful, with clear water, peaceful beach access, hillside architecture, and a level of cleanliness and upkeep that shows how much care goes into the property. The whole team helped create a relaxed, elegant stay, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant. Special thanks to Marios, who always made sure we were comfortable, anticipated what we might need, and did it all with warmth and a smile. And Yanos, your kind energy and leadership are felt throughout the hotel. This was our second stay at Adrina Beach Hotel, and we're already looking forward to coming back again. Both visits, we were treated like family. On our first arrival by taxi boat, Yanos himself met us at the dock, welcomed us warmly, and had us seated at the beachfront restaurant for dinner before check-in. That set the tone for the hospitality we experienced throughout. It feels like a sanctuary, full of warmth and beauty. I spent a couple of days here after getting away from busy Skiathos, and wish I’d found the area sooner. Just outside Panormos, the setting feels like Greece before mass tourism, maybe 20 years ago. There are lots of beaches within walking distance and the surroundings are beautiful. The hotel is superb too, with good food, great rooms, fantastic staff, a lovely pool, and good prices.
