We had a relaxing time here as a family of four and will definitely come back. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and we thought it was amazing.

We booked three nights on the day we arrived, but there had been a double booking and the rooms were full. Nina greeted us kindly, explained the mistake, and the owner let us stay one night while a room was available. Then she booked us into another hotel. That wasn’t what we wanted, but they did their best to re-accommodate us and sort out a bad situation. The place is beautiful, with lovely rooms, an amazing pool, sunbeds, and a small pool for children. It was perfect, such a shame we couldn’t stay longer. These things happen. It’s a five star place, and I’ll try to book again next summer.

We never even got to stay. Two weeks before we arrived in Crete, the owner called and said they’d made a mistake and the rooms weren’t available.
