I really enjoyed my time at this very nice hotel. The service was so good, and there’s a lovely pool with palm trees. Thank you!

We spent about a week at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and its location a little outside the city center makes it a good fit for a quieter stay. I’d particularly like to thank Ingrid in the restaurant for always being so friendly and welcoming, and Yannis at reception for being helpful and quick to find solutions. If you book full board, the food is better. I’d recommend the hotel for a nice few days, though anyone with higher expectations may prefer to spend a bit more and look at other hotels.

Yannis at the front desk is the hotel’s brain. He goes above and beyond to keep everything organized, and the other staff deserve credit too, though he and Ingrid stand out. Ingrid is the blonde waitress, who probably isn’t Greek, and I think that’s her name. She makes a short meal at the restaurant a pleasure, even though the food isn’t excellent. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and it’s great value for money. About half an hour from Rethymno’s center, it’s a good choice for a quiet, romantic few days.

The apartment was spacious and the sea view stunning. We had dinner and breakfast there, and both were very nice. The only thing I’d criticize is the limited choice of bottled drinks at the pool bar.

The hotel has a lovely Mediterranean design and atmosphere, and I really liked the rooms, pool area, and views. Our room was clean, modern, and had a big balcony. The building itself was nice too, and the parking lot was large and looked cool. There’s no lift and you have to use stairs. It’s in a quiet spot, which would be great for relaxing if you rent a car. We’ve been here four days now, so here are my thoughts. The waiters were polite, and the bar service was nice up to 16:00. The woman working until then was really helpful and made good drinks. Breakfast was nice too, and I loved it. Lunch and dinner were a different story. The salads and desserts were really good, but most of the other food was such low quality. The hot dishes sometimes looked weird, and the meat mostly had no flavor, almost like something else or the cheapest quality, so I mostly stuck to salads. A chef cooked one item while people were eating, and that looked low quality as well. They often mixed older food into new batches. The coffee and ice cream were bad quality too. The all-inclusive drinks felt fake and were very, very low quality. The woman working 10:00-16:00 tried her best and was really nice, but the drinks at the bar were cheap for what we paid, with Africa vibes. At 16:00 an older guy came on shift, and he was a really bad bartender. He didn’t give me what I asked for and couldn’t make even basic drinks. It ruined my experience. How can they employ someone who can’t even make lemon juice without messing it up? When I showed him something on the menu, he laughed and filled three quarters of a cup with vodka. What if a pregnant woman asked for juice and he gave her alcohol? I’m a young woman, and he looked at me, tried to take my hand, and kiss it. I’d waited so long to sit outside and have a drink at night, but his drinks were undrinkable. For this price I expect a bartender who can make a simple drink. I hope the hotel fires him. This isn’t a good way to do the job.
