We chose the superior room with a private heated pool, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The sea view was stunning, the room was very clean, and the staff were attentive and cheerful. The food was tasty, with good music in the restaurant too. Maria was always there when we needed anything. We’ll definitely be back.

The noise from Principote disturbed the otherwise peaceful evenings, which affected the location for us. It was beyond the hotel's control, but still made a difference to the stay. Even so, we’d highly recommend the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms spotless, and the view stunning. We especially enjoyed unwinding by the lovely pool and eating the excellent, fresh food, which was beautifully presented. The stay was perfect in every other way.

Maria and the rest of the staff were professional and knowledgeable, while still being friendly. The atmosphere was breathtaking, the amenities seemed endless, and both the food and service were top notch. I loved the pool area, it felt high class without being touristy. They arranged all our excursions and day and night trips without hesitation. I’d definitely stay again. Thank you, Panormos Village Hotel!

We came away feeling genuinely appreciated, not just looked after. From the first welcome to every small request, the team handled things with care and made us feel at ease. Everyone we met was smiling, and it felt sincere. You can tell the hotel is run with real heart. We’d happily recommend it.

The room upgrade they gave us for free was beautiful, and the beach view and infinity pool are lovely too. The staff are kind, including the waiters, and breakfast is good, though it could be better. For a four-star superior hotel, it’s a good option, especially for the beautiful superior rooms and the value for money. I’m satisfied and would recommend it.
