The owner really made the stay for me. He spent about an hour with each guest, going over the area, what’s worth seeing, where to go, and what to steer clear of. I didn’t expect much since this was the cheapest hotel I found, but I was completely won over. It’s now the only place I’d choose here. Being 2 meters tall, I appreciated the 2.30 m doors and high showers, along with the good sheets and towels and strong air conditioning. The corridor lights come on as you walk along, which gives the place a lovely feel. There’s even an elevator in the 3-floor building. Starlink was a first for me in a hotel, and the connection was very fast and reliable while I worked during my stay. The beach is 2 minutes away, there’s always parking, and there are two EV chargers. I’d happily pay double if there were a garden or pool for relaxing after the beach. 😄

We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back. Lefteris welcomed us warmly, and checking in was quick and easy. Our room looked out to the sea, and there was free parking right beside the hotel. I care a lot about cleanliness, and the room was spotless. They cleaned it every day, and the bed was comfortable enough for a peaceful night’s sleep each time. There’s a small shop nearby, as well as a sweet little café for breakfast, coffee, or a quick bite. The hotel is also close to the beaches in Katerini, an easy walk or short drive away. Our room was spotless and well cared for, which made it a comfortable place to unwind. The receptionist was kind and helpful whenever we needed something, and made us feel welcome right from arrival. I’d happily recommend it for a quiet stay near the coast.

The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, with fresh towels and linens every day. It’s a new building, and the price feels like a real bargain for the quality. The manager was great about recommending places to eat or have fun, and was always ready to help. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the center, far enough away to get some peace from the noise and crowds, with a lovely view over the coastline. Several good beach bars with fair prices and great service are just 3-4 minutes away. There’s plenty of parking right in front, and two streets pass the property, one leading to the beach and the other to town. I’m pretty critical and couldn’t find a fault. Great location, cleanliness, and service. Highly recommended for a stay in Paralia, Katerini.
