It was peaceful and clean, and everyone was responsive. The whole staff worked hard and were always smiling. The pool was cleaned regularly, and everything around the place was tidy. Breakfast was very generous, and the restaurant served delicious food. It’s within walking distance of the center and close to the beach, while still away from the crowds. The beach was clean, and there were no stones in the sea. We were very satisfied.

What stood out most was how comfortable the stay felt: the bed was incredibly comfortable, the rooms were roomy and surprisingly quiet, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally polite and went out of their way to welcome me. Breakfast was a highlight too, with enough variety each day that I never got bored, and parking was never a problem, which helped when exploring a new city. The main drawback is that it’s a bit far from the city center if you don’t have a car. The air conditioning was also quite noisy at night, a minor disturbance. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, excellent service and breakfast. If relying only on public transport, keep the location in mind, and light sleepers might want earplugs.

Dinos, the manager, deserves special mention. Whenever we needed something, he was there and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. His kindness and professionalism made our visit feel extra special. The whole team clearly takes pride in their work, and we felt looked after the entire time. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. The Cosmopolitan Hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout, which gave us peace of mind and made our stay comfortable. We had a wonderful visit and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spotless, relaxing place with great service. We’ll come back!

The room and bathroom are completely outdated, and for the price, I don’t think the place offers enough. They didn’t even provide a bottle of water when we arrived. It feels like mass tourism has affected both the quality of service and the pricing policy.

The room was very well looked after, and the whole hotel crew were warm and friendly, especially Tasos. My family and I had a wonderful time, and we’ll definitely come back.
