This is my second time leaving a review. Somehow the first one disappeared, maybe the hotel removed it. Avoid this place. Hot water wasn’t available when we needed it, and often there was no water at all. It’s not baby friendly, and there was no cleaning. There was nobody to help in person, only an office number you could text. Their replies felt more like emotional support than actual hospitality.

No hot water, the internet doesn’t work, and there’s no cleaning at all!
We couldn’t even get the television to turn on. An instruction sheet for guests might help. Good luck, Hans Venendaal. When we arrived, we found we’d been given a different apartment, supposedly an “up-date” that we barely noticed. It was disappointing as a base for our trips. The shower was almost unusably small and had no screen to keep the rest of the wet area dry, so the whole space got soaked each time. There was no squeegee to clear the water, which pooled all over the floor. The cooking area was fully equipped, but the tap there had no hot water, and the electric hotplate wasn’t working properly.
