I had to cancel our reservation well in advance after my mother died unexpectedly. I still got no refund, with no show given as the reason. I don’t expect empathy from people in business, but I do expect honesty. I’m losing my hard-earned money because of what I see as their sheer negligence.

Matina took time to show us around and mark up a map of the island with recommendations. Every one of them was spot on, and the family worked hard to make us comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfy. A wonderful family-run mini-resort. Highly recommended for a stay in Milos.

The family made us feel so welcome and were always ready to help, with tips on local sights and things to do. Dora even gave us a Greek cooking lesson and shared some of her homemade treats. The setting was beautiful, and breakfast was generous. Our room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for self-catering. We’ll book again if we’re back in Milos. Xx

The hosts were great, and so was the local breakfast. The pool has a lovely sea view. The bathrooms were kind of outdated, but it wasn’t a big deal. It’s a quiet place to relax away from tourists and crowds. Since it’s at the top of a mountain, you definitely need a car to get around, or you’ll have to use taxis. Renting a car is a good idea if you want to experience Milos.

We were welcomed with open arms for our three-night stay, and the hospitality was incredible. The rooms were very clean, the view was out of this world, and breakfast was provided each morning. The pool was the cleanest I’ve ever seen, and we used the sauna almost every night. The property is between some of the best beaches on Milos. I’d recommend getting a car or ATV to make it easier to explore. There’s also a small outdoor gym for yoga or weights, and a private beach about a 10-15 minute walk downhill from the property.
