Parasporos Village

The best part of our stay was getting to play with the two little kittens and all the other cats. The owner was also super sweet, always ready to help with whatever we needed, from getting around to suggestions for places to eat or visit. The rooms were kept clean every day, though the room itself was just okay and the shower wasn't my favorite. There was an on-and-off sewage smell, and I still don't know why. I've seen other reviews mention it too, and it kept coming and going. For the price and location it's a great option, right near downtown, but I'd definitely rent an ATV or car to get around. I'd probably stay again if I came back.

I can't understand the high ratings; they feel like a complete mystery to me. The place was outdated and rundown, so we left after staying just one night. The only positive was Irene, who agreed we would pay only for that night. The bathroom wasn't clean, and there was an odd, undefined smell of mould in the room, the beds, and the kitchen. The list goes on. If people are happy to pay for this, fine, but it's easy to find better value elsewhere.

Eleni made me feel at home and was always there to check I was comfortable, share useful tips, and help with anything I needed. Her kindness, along with the affection of her lovely dogs and cats, gave me my sweetest memories of Milos, even though it wasn't my favorite island on a trip hopping between Greek islands. Parasporo Village is a welcoming, peaceful place to relax and discover local culture, with a beautiful sea view. The spacious, clean studios are well equipped, and the quiet garden is a lovely spot for watching the sunset. Thank you, Eleni, for welcoming me so warmly. I can't wait to return!

The garden outside is lovely, with cats and a great view. The rooms themselves were okay and had what we needed, including a mini fridge for food and water. They were cleaned every day, though the decor is dated. We were greeted warmly and got plenty of useful tips for the area, and the owner and staff were always helpful. The wifi was unreliable and mostly worked outside our room. It would've been nice to have it in the room, especially since it was so hot during our visit. We liked the place and would come back.
