We normally choose 5-star hotels, but the reviews convinced us to try this place, and it turned out to be the best decision. Mary, the owner, was warm, friendly and helpful, and the place felt like a cozy home. Everything was clean and beautifully cared for. The beach is a short walk away, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. We’d love to return someday, hopefully we will! 🙂

The pool area was peaceful and relaxing, and the wall is positioned well to block road noise. The hotel looks almost new, is very clean and well maintained, and the owner was lovely to talk with. The beach is 10 min away, with several cafés and restaurants nearby. I’d come back.

Mari made us feel at home from the moment we arrived at Sun Maris, and gave us the best room. She treated us like family and helped us find Rhodes hot spots. Thanks to her and this lovely place, I have unforgettable memories of Rhodos, and I still have a lovely feeling about the holiday a month after coming home. The rooms and facilities are kept very clean, and the place is quiet. The pool is really chilly and peaceful. I can definitely recommend Mari’s home-made food, it’s delicious, even better than touristy restaurants.

Mary was fantastic, always ready to help and full of advice on where to visit and eat. Her home-made jam and marmalade are to die for. Florinda cleaned our spotless apartment every day, and the pool was fabulous, clean, quiet and relaxing. After a swim, it was lovely to have a cold beer at the bar and chat with Mary. We chose sun Maris after reading the reviews, and we’re so glad we did. We’ll definitely be back next year for two weeks. Thank you, Mary, for your kindness and hospitality.
