Alboro Seaside Suites

We didn't stay at Alboro, but we did have dinner there, and the food was amazing. The menu is small, but everything on offer was well presented and full of flavour. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. From what I could tell, the studios are relatively new and built to a very high standard. The whole place has a classy feel. Definitely worth a visit for a peaceful, tranquil evening.

The public beach is a bit rough underfoot compared with nearby beaches, and locals leave glass and other rubbish there. That's not the hotel's fault, since it's a public beach. On the plus side, the sunbeds are for hotel guests only, so there's always one available. The sea is very clear and great for swimming or using the hotel's own SUPs. Greg and Christof are fantastic, friendly hosts who are always there to help. The spacious rooms have lovely sea views and large balconies, and friendly staff clean them beautifully every day. It's a lovely little boutique hotel at the end of Valtos beach, peaceful and away from the crowds but still within walking distance of livelier areas.

Breakfast was delicious, especially the yogurt, fruit, nuts, and honey, all prepared and served by the wonderful staff. The suites are spacious, comfortable, and well appointed, with excellent showers and large outdoor areas overlooking Valtos and Parga. It's just a few steps down to the beach, where sunbeds and parasols are provided. Gregoris clearly cares about what he's created and is a warm, personable host. A real gem for a laid-back holiday, with comfort, service, and location all just right.
