Apolis villas & Suites Resort

The complimentary breakfast was a real highlight, with good food and a different selection each day, and everyone working at the hotel was so friendly. Our room was beautiful and immaculate, with a wonderful view of the city. One of the best hotel stays I’ve had, and I’d gladly return when I get the chance.

We’ve just got back from our second visit to Apolis Villas, and Evi, Akis, their mum and dad made us feel so looked after. It’s a family business, and you can see how much pride they take in it. We stayed in a deluxe villa that was comfortable, spotless and had everything we needed. The pool area and views are wonderful. The steep hill is part of the deal, but I thought it was worth it. There are several free transfers each day to and from town and valtos beach, and they even gave us lifts outside those times when our timekeeping was poor. Evi also arranged for the local supermarket to deliver some supplies. Breakfast was lovely, and even though I don’t usually have cake in the morning, the cakes were hard to resist. There’s a bar and restaurant on site, which is handy when you don’t want to leave the view, and they brought food to our villa when we were feeling especially lazy. Thank you so much.

Apolis Villas made a fantastic base for reaching lovely beaches and Acheron Springs, and for heading further out to Metsovo and Ioannina. We spent two fabulous weeks in an executive villa on our first visit, one of the six villas, each with its own pool. The accommodation and furnishings were excellent, and the grounds were immaculate. Evi, Akis and their parents gave us great food and service. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, who kept the villa, pool and grounds in perfect shape throughout and drove the minibus to and from Parga town. The whole stay was a delight.

The olive trees and garden give the place a special atmosphere, and the views are unique. It’s set on high ground, but there’s a convenient shuttle to the beach and the center of Parga. The setting is lovely, with a nice pool and comfortable surroundings. The owners have put in so much personal work and care, and they’re wonderful, welcoming and responsive people. Highly recommended!
