Hotel Parga Princess

The position above Valtos beach worked so well for me. I enjoyed walking around and exploring the little streets in town in the morning and later in the day, and there's also a free shuttle from the beach and the center. The rooms are lovely and have views, and the staff were both friendly and professional. Such a cosy, nice hotel. I'll definitely be back.

The breakfast was so generous and tasty that I can't imagine anyone complaining. The hotel itself is beautiful, with rooms that feel like palace rooms, and there's a lift, which is a big help with heavy suitcases. The owner and staff are kind, friendly and helpful. You can tell running the place is the owner's passion: he notices the details and cares about each guest's happiness. There's a free minibus to the beach and town, too. Parga is beautiful, though the steep terrain can make walking around a challenge. The hotel runs several free shuttles each day to Valtos beach, with its clear water, and to the center. The beach is also an easy walk away if you prefer. We often stay in high-end hotels and apartments, and the management here is far better than what we've experienced in those places. This isn't a luxury hotel, but it's spotless and immaculately maintained, with thorough daily cleaning. We were very comfortable and would stay again if a room were available. Kostas gave us local restaurant suggestions. We liked Filomila for Italian food overlooking the beach, Sakis for Greek food in a lovely setting, and Stefanos for fresh fish and a great setting. Magic cream is about a 10-minute walk away, and the ice creams are the best.

We were there in July and found everything very professional. The shuttle van runs daily to both the beach and the city, which made getting around easy. Housekeeping changed the towels and bed linen every day, and our room was always in perfect order. Highly recommended!
