The location is a real plus, close to the main walking area, shops, restaurants, and the fortress. The beach is just below, down a steep path, so coming back up takes some effort, though it’s manageable. The hosts cleaned the room and changed the sheets and towels after five days. They’re a pleasant elderly couple, but they don’t speak English. Our room was small, on the second floor up steep stairs, and the interior was a little dated. The shower sprays in every direction, which isn’t convenient with small children, and there’s no hot water after 18:00. The line for drying clothes isn’t very practical, and there are no clips. The villa is right beside an alley used by cars and motorcycles, so you need to be careful when stepping out, especially with kids. Traffic wasn’t fast, but it still felt like a danger. There’s very little parking about 50 m away, and getting a spot is down to luck. Otherwise, you’ll need to park near the Mediteran cafe, about 200 m before the villa.

The view from these apartments is beautiful, and the owners are very nice.

We loved the views and the owners. Can’t wait to come back this year.

We stayed at the villa in both 2023 and 2024, in the same apartment, with three adults and three children aged 11, 5, and 2. The villa is spacious, and the view over Valtos beach is great. That’s its main asset, though. This year, hot water was only available for a few days during the day. The furniture is old, the mattresses are worn, and the mini stove, which dates from 2012, takes at least 25 minutes to heat a hotplate. We used the air conditioning, but I wonder if it’s ever been serviced. It runs slowly, and one night it creaked and started throwing out ice. Air conditioning costs 5 euros a day. On the fifth day, there was just one roll of toilet paper for six people. There also weren’t enough utensils for six guests, whether previous guests had taken them or something else had happened. Communication with the hosts is impossible because they speak only Greek. There’s just one nearby market, and it’s poorly stocked. Avoid this villa if you’re coming with small children.

Villa Teodora is in Parga’s most beautiful spot, above lovely Valtos and right beside the fortress. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, along with two terraces. The owners are wonderful, kind, friendly people who are always available if you need anything. This was our second stay, and we’d be happy to come again 😃
