I got a great price staying here off season, and it was perfect for me. You're right in the middle of town and only a few minutes from the beach. My double room was more like a mini apartment, with a refrigerator, cooker and sink, plus a lovely balcony with a table and chairs. Check-in was easy at the hotel reception around the corner, and the staff were friendly. You can't drive right up to the front door, but that worked fine for me since I had a small bike and could park out front. Brilliant.

I was meant to stay for one day after booking through Booking.com, but the rental company cancelled my car reservation and I couldn't make it to the hotel. When I asked to cancel, the hotel refunded the full amount, even though they could have kept the reservation fee. I'm very grateful, thank you so much.

Unprofessional. We spoke by phone, booked the accommodation and discussed the details. They said they'd get back to us with their IBAN so we could pay, but after waiting three days, we called ourselves. We thought our holiday stay was secured, but they told us it was unavailable because it had been booked by someone else who had already paid. They suggested a nearby place instead.

We ended up leaving on day four instead of day eight, as planned. The floor wasn't especially clean, and despite asking for daily cleaning, the only thing they did was make the bed. Our towels weren't changed once during the four days. We also found used single-use utensils in the cupboard with the other kitchen utensils, and several promised items were missing: soap, shampoo, shower gel and a bathroom foot towel, as well as clothespins, dish soap and a sponge despite the room having a kitchen and utensils. We paid extra for a sea-view room but had no sea view. It was hard to reach the managers. We had to call three or four times to get them on the phone, and after arriving in Parga, poor signs made the hotel difficult to find. Even then, we couldn't get through to the manager.

We really enjoyed having a balcony in our room. The hotel was lovely and very clean.
