The owners manage the place professionally but in a friendly, informal, down-to-earth way that makes you feel welcome right away. The studio apartments are spacious and comfortable, with a small but fully functional kitchen. They’re tastefully decorated in a restrained, slightly retro style, with dark wood and pretty tiles, and the maintenance and technical design are top-notch. There’s no restaurant, but a dozen places to eat are an easy 10-minute walk away, and several small supermarkets are just down the street. Set on a very quiet street, beyond earshot of the beach, it looks out toward green hills, the sea, and the Venetian castle in the distance. A peaceful, somewhat romantic alternative to the busy beachfront.

The owners were lovely, friendly, and helpful. When they were full, they even arranged another place for us for one night, then we moved in the next day. Our room was a good size and had all the amenities. There’s plenty of free on-site parking, plus a lovely big garden and pool. The beach, social spots, and markets are all within walking distance. Wishing you all the best.

Valtos beach is a five-minute walk away, and Mango bar is only a minute away for good food and drinks. The villa is very clean, with a beautiful pool, and the linens and towels were changed every other day. The hosts were very accommodating. I’ll definitely come back.

We love coming back here. The top-floor room with the jacuzzi is amazing, fully renovated, with great views and a quiet feel. The hosts are always friendly and polite!

Villa Apollo was fantastic, and the accommodation was five stars. Litsa and Nikos really know how to look after guests. When we wanted an extra night but they couldn’t fit us in, they found us another place nearby. Then, on our last day, they invited us to come back after the beach and use the super-clean bathroom by the pool. Litsa brought fresh towels and cold water and took care of us, even though we’d checked out the day before. Who does that? They were sensational. We’d stay there again without hesitation. Thank you both, from Maria and Sofia.
