Diego and his wife were friendly, helpful hosts. They offered to collect us from the port and shared good tips on places to see around Paros. Diego knows the island, so ask him about beaches and places to eat. The rooms felt a bit old-fashioned for the price, but it’s a nice place for a few days, close to the centre of Paroikia.

Afrodite - Angelina Studios The electricity went out on our last day, so we couldn’t charge our phones or use the air conditioner or fridge. The owner said he’d bring a cable, but never did. The room also looked nothing like the photos. It was far too small and very dirty, with dust everywhere. The shower drain was blocked and the bathroom flooded whenever we used it. The air conditioner remote had no batteries, which we had to buy ourselves. I don’t recommend Afrodite studios in Paros. It felt like a scam. It’s the same accommodation in the same building, and the same photos are on Booking. This place is a scam.

Diego and Eliza made us feel right at home. They’re a really cool couple, answered all our questions, and gave us great ideas for things to do. Our room was comfortable and worked really well as a base for exploring Paros. If you’re after a simple, central place to stay in Parikia, I’d highly recommend it.

We’re very grateful to Angelina Studios in Paros for how they handled our reservation. We’d booked a non-refundable stay before the COVID-19 outbreak, but our flight was cancelled because of the epidemic. They let us move the booking to September. Greece was still closed to Serbian citizens then, so we couldn’t travel after all. Even though the booking was non-refundable, Angelina Studios chose to return the full amount. We really appreciate their understanding and hope we can visit next year. We can’t wait to meet them!

Such great value for money, and the price is excellent. The hosts are wonderful, the room is lovely, and the surrounding area is beautiful. It’s a great location on a wonderful island. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
