Connie deserves a huge shout-out. She took the time to explain the whole island and recommend beaches and places to eat. We tried a lot of her suggestions and they were outstanding. The hotel is lovely, very clean, and well maintained. It’s about a ten-minute walk from the port with luggage, and we got fresh towels every day. The breakfast has a few “procedures”: you take a plate and tongs and serve yourself from the buffet. Also, part of the shower’s glass wall was missing sealant, so water got onto the bathroom floor. We stuffed a towel there to stop it. Please fix that :)

Connie gave us excellent customer service, and was friendly and helpful with all our needs and questions. The breakfast was gourmet, with a great selection for different tastes. This is listed as a 3-star hotel, but its elegance and service feel close to 4-star. We were very pleased with our stay and found it great value for money. The location is good, within walking distance of Parikia Port and the seafront, and it works well as a base for driving around the island. Highly recommend.

The hotel had a nice atmosphere, and the location was convenient, about a 10 or 15 minute walk on flat ground from the ferry and bus terminal. There’s also a nice little beach just one block away. We stayed two nights, but no housekeeping was done, even though we were out most of the day. The complimentary coffee ran out and there was no staff on site to refill it. I would have rated it four stars, but I’ve never experienced a stay with no housekeeping before.

The room felt thoughtfully arranged, almost like someone had set it up for us at home, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good too. This was the last stop on our 11-day Greece tour, and it ended up being the best hotel we stayed in, even though the others called themselves four-star places and this one was only three stars. We were surprised as soon as we walked into the lobby, and even more so when we saw the room. It was more than we expected.

The beds were really comfortable, and the hotel is very cute. The staff were friendly and breakfast was a wonderful buffet. My one complaint was the shower: it was tiny and had no door, so the whole bathroom got wet whenever we used it. Such a bad design.
