Just off Livadia beach, the studio sits in a quiet little enclave. It’s under a 15-minute walk to the town center, past lots of shops and restaurants. Inside, there was plenty of space and light, plus a daybed/sofa for relaxing when the midday sun got too hot. I also enjoyed the terrace, and the hosts were friendly and attentive. The window screens kept the bugs out, so there was no buzzing in the night.

Everyone was lovely and looked after us so well. I only wish we’d had more time. The room was clean, well equipped, and nicely maintained. The port and bus station are around a 10-15 minute walk away, with good places to eat and nice beaches within easy walking distance. You can take buses around the island, or park there if you rent a car.
